Many hospitals will be resuming elective surgery and endoscopic procedures under Governor Larry Hogan’s Phase 1 Road to Recovery Plan. Gov. Hogan has authorized providers to reopen as long as they have sufficient personal protective equipment (PPE), staff, and the capacity to treat both COVID-19 patients and those who are not.
