One of the most important ways to reduce the spread of COVID-19 is to stay at home and maintain proper social distancing. As a result, computer screens have become our gateway to the world; eye strain from reading, sewing, and other activities has caused our eyes to be overworked. Eye strain is a common complaint, but staying home and looking at more screens has increased the demands on the eye. Tanvi M.
